We are seeking a qualified telecommunication lineman to partner with an experienced (2+ years) aerial lineman, on our AT&T fiber projects. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting overhead fiber‑optic lines while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aerial fiber construction and maintenance, including pole framing, strand building, cable hanging and lashing .
• Operate a 45‑ft boom/bucket truck and climb up to 24 ft when necessary .
• Complete new cable installations, pole transfers, lashing, make‑ready work and figure‑eighting tasks .
• Use cable‑placement equipment, ladders and hand tools to complete projects and maintain equipment .
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the fiber network, record work and document testing per customer specifications .
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and coworkers .
• Maintain a professional attitude with clients and colleagues and meet daily production goals .

Required Qualifications

• Experience in aerial telecommunications construction, including use of bucket trucks and climbing poles .
• Ability to read construction prints and perform strand/ADSS fiber installation and lashing .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills and a commitment to safe work practices .
• Physical ability to work at shoulder height and overhead for extended periods and to lift/handle cable‑placement equipment 
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, background check and motor‑vehicle record check .
• Authorized to work in the United States .

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in fiber‑optic aerial work.
• OSHA, DOT or other safety certifications.
